About this place
For a satisfying meal that is easy to fit into the day, Sutera Marisu is a handy dining hall in a facility in Midorigaoka, Chofu. Its menu includes the vegetable beef bowl, topped with cabbage and other vegetables alongside sweet-and-savoury simmered beef, and a creamy vegetable gratin featuring 10 kinds of vegetables. Set lunch A comes with rice, miso soup and a small side dish, with main courses such as young chicken and vegetables with grated daikon, hamburger steak with caponata sauce, and spice-seasoned Turkish kebab chicken.
There is plenty to choose from beyond set meals and rice bowls, including a substantial selection of noodles. Pasta options include basil pasta with prawns and avocado, and Japanese-style pasta with clams and spicy cod roe. Ramen is available in soy sauce, miso, salt and tonkotsu flavours; special noodle dishes include tonkotsu ramen with black mayu oil and chicken shio ramen scented with yuzu, both served with a small side dish. Udon and soba come as hot broth, chilled or topped with kakiage fritter, while chilled tanmen is another option in warmer weather.
The dining room is open for eating in, and familiar choices such as curry rice, hayashi rice and a daily bento are also available. There is parking on the premises, making it a convenient spot for an everyday lunch.
